A timing technique that moves the chart one day for each year of life.
Secondary progressions advance the chart by one day for every year of life (day-for-a-year). They reveal inner development, shifting priorities, and the slow evolution of identity. The progressed Sun, Moon, personal planets, and angles are the most sensitive indicators.
Example
A progressed Moon changing signs can describe a new emotional chapter that lasts about 2-3 years.
