Balancing act between two poles - seeking integration.
An opposition forms when planets are 180° apart (within approximately 8-10°). This aspect creates a tug-of-war between two planetary energies, like a seesaw seeking balance. The goal isn't choosing one side over the other, but integrating both. Oppositions often play out through relationships - we attract others who embody the qualities we haven't yet owned in ourselves.
